One Clueless Baker

My name is Lauren Harting and food is my love language! It always has been. Nothing brings people together like food. Baking was something I had tried to navigate for years but, it wasn't until a family member became ill that I decided it was time to take our nutrition back to the basics.
As a Registered Nurse the science of sourdough intrigued me. As a foodie and mother wanting to provide the best for my family, I fell in love with the process. For months I took to learning, practicing, and a lot of the time...failing the art of sourdough.
I began this journey feeling very helpless for my family member, and very clueless about the process. Now, I celebrate this journey of progress and healing through my name, One Clueless Baker. I enjoy providing these goods to you and your family so that you may also enjoy food as it was meant to be, simple, wholesome and preservative free.
