Hi!! 👋🏼 My name is Brittney and I looooove to create in my kitchen! It all started when my son was diagnosed with EoE in 2017 and needed to be on a strict diet. I had to learn quickly how to bake from scratch so he could safely eat food that wasn’t going to harm his body! Because of this, I learned that I loved to bake and create and I haven’t stopped! The smell of freshly baked bread and cookies that fills my home boosts my endorphins and makes me ridiculously giddy that I do a little happy dance in my kitchen! ☺️ I recently came across the idea of Micro Bakeries! They are popping up everywhere and I knew I wanted to give it a try for myself! Baking for my family and now my little community brings me so much joy and I cannot wait to share it with you all!
