Melanie’s CO Kitchen – sourdough microbakery

My microbakery started accidentally, I like to say, when I started selling just a few sourdough loaves to my neighbors... but it quickly grew to a neighborhood and community favorite, and my menu continues to grow right along with it! What started out as just making homemade, better-for-you bread for my family has baked up into a true passion and labor of love. My days and weekends are lovingly spent crafting dough and other baked goods for my community and I could not be happier doing it!
