Pretty baked sourdough

Hello! My name is Melissa and I am the baker behind Pretty Baked Sourdough. I am a homeschool mom of 3 and so grateful to be able to bake for my community and stay home with my littles. Thank you to all of my loyal customers who continue to support me through this journey. I wouldn’t be here without you.
I’ve always loved to bake and cook but I started my sourdough journey about 3-4 years ago. My aunt gifted me a 150 year old starter and I’ve been perfecting my sourdough recipes and skills ever since. I take pride in my baking and in all of my products. I do long ferments with all of my breads that way you get the added health benefits as well as the authentic sourdough flavor. The long fermentation period is what breaks down the gluten and this is the reason why sourdough is easier for our bodies to digest. Only organic grains and high quality ingredients are used. I truly believe that this makes all of the difference for our health. Quality that you can taste and feel!
