I started learning to bake sourdough because I wanted a healthier bread option for my family. I was searching for a loaf made with just three simple ingredients — organic flour, water, and salt — without all the additives and preservatives. Since that was nearly impossible to find in stores, I decided to learn how to make it myself. Through that journey, I discovered a hidden passion and talent for baking that I never knew existed. If you had told me I’d be a baker in 2025, I would’ve laughed because I didn’t bake anything before this! This year has been incredible. The love and support from my family, friends, and community has fueled my passion and helped turn it into a small business I’m truly proud of. I’m excited to continue baking delicious breads and treats made with clean, high-quality ingredients for years to come.
