I’m MaryJean, owner of Rising Rootopia Sourdough Bread + Bakes. We are an organic micro bakery serving the San Antonio community with traditionally fermented sourdough and wholesome bakes made with clean, real ingredients. We never use seed oils or artificial food dyes—everything is baked the same way we would for our own family. What began as a personal journey to enjoy bread again has grown into a passion for helping others find a more nourishing alternative, while building community through local farmers markets.
