Rustic Elm Bakehouse

What began as a search for healthier bread options for my family quickly grew into a full-blown passion. This little bakehouse was built on slow fermentation, simple, clean ingredients, and the belief that bread is meant to be shared. Whenever the Bread Shed is open, one loaf is set aside as The Giving Loaf—a small way to care for our neighbors and give back to the community that supports us.
