The Bread Bear

My name is Chris and I started The Bread Bear while working as a bar manager. I had been in the hospitality industry for a long time when I was laid off in July of 20205. While I was working I was also making pastries for my neighbors, friends, and relatives and things just grew organically. I was lucky enough to work with the IEOCSBDC to get fully licensed and now I'm working markets every Tuesday, Saturday, and Sunday. I'm looking forward to getting a small trailer or van in the near future.
