What began as a shared love for sourdough between two friends and fellow "mamas in arms", Shannon and Tori, has grown into Dough Mamas CLE—a home-based sourdough micro bakery based out of Olmsted Township/Valley City. Their mission is to nourish their community with fresh sourdough breads and treats, crafted the way bread was meant to be: slowly fermented, baked with care, and rooted in tradition.
