Golden Crumb Breads and Bakes

Hi, I'm Kelsey, owner of Golden Crumb Breads and Bakes in Sun Prairie WI.  I started baking sourdough for my family in 2021 when my oldest baby turned 6 months and started eating solids.  I quickly realized, via my new obsession with reading ingredient labels, that there are so many unnecessary ingredients in everyday foods we eat.  I figured bread would be something I could make myself to cut out unnecessary ingredients and it couldn't be that hard to make right? WRONG! Let's just say sourdough has a way of humbling even the most confident of bakers :)

Fast forward to 2024 when I decided to leave my 9-5 to stay home with little kids and start selling my sourdough baked goods to my community.  Every week when my pre-sales open I am blown away that people purchase my baked goods to share with their friends and family. I believe everyone has a special talent, something they are really good at that needs to be shared with the world. I am so honored that I get to share mine with you!
