Sourdough.Gâteaux

Gâteaux etc initially baked & sold cakes, cookies & bars at weekly community markets, before shifting to direct sales of all things sourdough!! Gâteaux etc uses a variety of BC flour, selecting the best combination based the on fermentation & hydration requirements of each recipe. Our loaves are made with a variety of BC Organic flour, the focaccia is a combination of BC Organic flour and a high protein BC flour. Locally sourced fresh herbs & ingredients are incorporated whenever possible. Seasonal non-sourdough baked goods are still occasionally available for custom orders.
