Anna’s Artisan Bread & Bakery

About This Baker
Description
Our Story/Bio
Anna’s Artisan Bread + Le Caillou Farms began in the quiet of rural Utah, in a farmhouse kitchen where flour dust hangs in the morning light and bread rises alongside everyday life.
What started as a simple desire to feed my family wholesome, from-scratch food slowly became something more. I fell in love with the rhythm of sourdough — the patience, the science, the way flour, water, and salt could turn into something nourishing and beautiful. At 7,500 feet elevation, baking isn’t always predictable, but I learned to adapt, refine, and perfect recipes that thrive in our mountain air.
Friends began asking for loaves. Then neighbors. Then orders. Soon, what started as bread for my own table became bread for our community.
Le Caillou — French for “the stone” — reflects both our roots and our resilience. Our farm is built on hard work, faith, family, and a deep love for agriculture. Alongside livestock, 4-H projects, and farm life, this little bakery grew into a cottage business centered on quality, tradition, and connection.
Every loaf, cake, and baked good is made by hand in small batches, using time-honored techniques and carefully sourced ingredients. No shortcuts. No mass production. Just honest food made with intention.
This bakery isn’t just about bread, it’s about gathering around the table, supporting local, and building something meaningful from the ground up.
From our home to your family thank you for being part of our story.
