Our Story/Bio
My name is Melissa and I own and operate a cottage microbakery from my home, specializing in long fermented sourdough breads and my thick, bakery style cookies. I’ve always loved cooking and baking; using it as a way to show my love to friends and family and have been so thrilled to be able to share this passion of mine on a larger scale and use my platform to serve those in my community, what ever the need may be.
