Hi, I’m Melissa!

My name is Melissa and I operate a cottage microbakery rooted in long-fermented sourdough and small-batch treats, all made with care right from my kitchen. What started as a personal passion has grown into something I'm proud to share with others. From artisan loaves to family-favorite cookies, everything I make is baked fresh to order and picked up at local markets or right at my front porch in Rupert, ID.

This sourdough is something special. The loaf is absolutely beautiful, and the flavor is incredible with amazing crisp crust and soft interior. It tastes like real, traditional sourdough should. It literally disappeared in minutes.
