Everything is baked in small batches using organic ingredients whenever possible, with a strong commitment to quality and care. Cakejam proudly uses flour from Sunrise Flour Mill, celebrating locally milled, heritage grains that bring exceptional flavor and texture to every bake.

Baking has always been part of my life. I learned the rhythms of the kitchen early on, baking alongside my grandfather and falling in love with the way good food brings people together.
During COVID, that lifelong passion turned into something more. What started as baking for family and friends grew into farmers market tables, early mornings, and a deep commitment to sharing thoughtfully made bread, pastries, and cookies with my community. Cakejam was born from that season — built on tradition, care, and the joy of feeding people well.
