Hi, I’m Nancy! I run a sourdough microbakery out of my home in Fort Erie, Ontario. We have three little boys and being able to do this business has allowed me to be home with them every day and raise them myself which has always been the primary goal! I offer porch pickup weekly all year with summers at the market. Although it’s not always easy, I am proof any mom can do this and be successful. I never thought I’d have a business like this but I’m so glad I just jumped in and tried! I am passionate about having healthier food options and glad I can share that with others. Creating food for others has always been my way of showing love and now I get to do this for my whole community and I still LOVE it!
