Daisy Whisk

About This Baker
Description
Daisy Whisk is my home-based bakery where I create custom decorated sugar cookies with a soft, delicate, and dreamy aesthetic. Everything I make is inspired by calm, pretty, pastel tones and a clean, curated look—just like the vibe of my Instagram page. I focus on thoughtful details, smooth icing, and designs that feel elegant, cozy, and uplifting.
At Daisy Whisk, I put a lot of heart into every cookie—whether it’s for birthdays, baby showers, weddings, or any sweet moment worth celebrating. My goal is to make cookies that are as beautiful as they are delicious, and to give people a little moment of joy through intentional design and flavor.
Our Story/Bio
Hi, I’m Hafsah, a 37 year old boy mama who was on the road to be a doctor but fate had other plans for her. I attempted to make sugar cookies for the first time in March 2025 for my son's birthday. I made them a few more times afterward, and I was repeatedly told that 1 should be selling them. Hearing so many words of affirmation gave me the confidence to pursue this professionally. I began dedicating a significant amount of time to practicing, researching, and selling decorated cookies On June sth, I officially launched Daisy Whisk-and the very next day. I received a really big order. But the day after that, 1 suffered a major accident that left me with four fractures and a dislocated joint across both legs. I was bedbound for two months. I genuinely believed I wouldn't be able to bake for an entire year, which is typically how long it takes to heal from such severe injuries.
Thankfully, by August. I was able to start baking again-literally on one leg-using my mobility scooter. It has now been six months since the accident, and Daisy Whisk is officially in business. I'm still recovering and still limping while baking and decorating. but I am incredibly grateful to be doing something I'm so passionate about. In addition to running Daisy Whisk, I've also been developing new sugar cookie lavors—one every week—and recently partnered with an amazing collaborator as a co-editor of The Cookier Newsletter. There is so much more in the works, and I'm thrilled to share this Journey with you all.
