Freedom Farm | Toriana Rudis

I’m Toriana - the baker behind Freedom Farm. I started my sourdough journey in 2020 when I came across some beautiful loaves on instagram. Once I started diving into the science and benefits of sourdough I was hooked. I made bread and every discard recipe came across over the next four years baking for family, friends, holidays, gifts, etc.

In the Spring of 24, I finally applied for cottage license and began selling sourdough at our farmstand. My goal was to sell a handful of loaves at the stand, which quickly snowballed. Fast forward to the summer of 2025, I began selling at a local farmers markets selling out every weekend.

Being able to do something I love while being home with my 3 small children is a literal dream come true. There is nothing I’d rather do more than bake and raise my babies - hand-in-hand.
