Our Story/Bio
Hi, my name is Loretta and I have been baking for over 40 years. I started as a young mother of two wanting to provide good, nutrition baked goods for my sons.
Throughout the years, I continued to delve deeper into what it takes to be a truly good baker and honed my skills.
I first started baking with sourdough in 1994 with a wonderful old San Francisco sourdough starter.
Today, I specialize in all things sourdough. From fresh baked goods to freshly milled flour.
