About us:

I started this business as a small cottage bakery in 2024—born from both passion and the need to earn a little extra while homeschooling my kids. What began as just a few weekly orders quickly grew, and I realized I wanted to serve more people and dream a little bigger. That led me to explore commercial kitchen spaces, and over the past year I’ve moved into a beautiful shared commercial kitchen in Westminster. I’m now in the process of building an additional dedicated space in Frederick, CO. Today, we focus on wholesale to retail partners and are proudly carried in three local grocers along with several seasonal markets. I’m incredibly grateful for how far this little bakery has come—and even more excited for the growth ahead as we continue expanding, serving our community, and sharing real sourdough with Colorado.
