Born with azúcar in her soul and flour in her hair, Nicolasa is the Cuban-American force behind Pan y Alma, a micro bakery where tradition meets small-batch perfection. Raised on pastelitos, strong coffee, and abuela’s kitchen wisdom, she turned her love of baking (and feeding everyone in a 10-mile radius) into a full-blown passion project.
With a rolling pin in one hand, she crafts each treat with love, hustle, and just enough flair to make your taste buds dance salsa.
