Pan y Alma by Nicolasa

About This Baker
Description
Our Story/Bio
Born with azúcar in her soul and flour in her hair, Nicolasa is the Cuban-American force behind Pan y Alma, a micro bakery where tradition meets small-batch perfection. Raised on pastelitos, strong coffee, and abuela’s kitchen wisdom, she turned her love of baking (and feeding everyone in a 10-mile radius) into a full-blown passion project.
With a rolling pin in one hand, she crafts each treat with love, hustle, and just enough flair to make your taste buds dance salsa. Whether it’s tangy sourdough or muffins so soft they need a warning label, Nicolasa believes good food should feel like a warm hug from someone who insists you take seconds.
When she’s not up to her ears in flour or dreaming up her next flavor experiment, she’s probably convincing herself that baking at 2 a.m. counts as self-care.
