Our Story/Bio
Hello! We are so happy you have decided to check out our listing! We are a very small home bakery, and absolutely love bread - if you couldn't tell already 😂
Before Rise and Bake Bakery began, our family has had a history of T1D and we have been on a mission to see what foods will keep their blood sugars regulated. It wasn't until we found out about Sourdough bread, that we began to learn the ins and out of baking with starter and before we knew it, we were in love with the whole process, not just the Oh So Soft Slice Of Bread that comes out of it!
We realized that Sourdough Bread not only keeps a T1D's blood sugar steady, but anyones as well! And it keeps you full longer. Its a win-win for a chronic snack(er) like me lol.
We offer a few varieties of Sourdough Bread, including Cheddar Jalapeno and Rye Bread. We also have a few Desserts and sweets on the menu for you to try out as well!
So if you're ever in the area, stop by, don't be shy! We love meeting new faces!
We only do Preorders at the moment, so be sure to check out our menu page to order and pickup is every Friday! Unless told otherwise 😉
