I’m a local, home-based sourdough baker passionate about crafting naturally fermented breads made with simple, quality ingredients. Each loaf is slow-fermented for better flavor, texture, and digestion, and baked fresh with care. From classic sourdough to specialty flavors like jalapeño cheddar and bacon cheddar, everything I make is handcrafted in small batches with love for my community.
