Hi there! I'm Clio, the heart behind WILDFLOURS BREAD CO. Every loaf, cookie, and pastry is handcrafted with care in my licensed cottage bakery in Gainesville, GA.
I bake with organic stone-milled flour from nearby Dayspring Farms along with thoughtfully sourced local and organic ingredients to create goods that nourish, comfort, and connect. Each bake is naturally leavened, slow-fermented, and made in small batches - just as it should be.
Over the years, many of us have become more aware of what’s hidden in our everyday food and how deeply our choices impact our health—and the health of those we love. We’re all seeking better, more trustworthy options, and for me, that search led to sourdough. What started as a personal passion—rooted in curiosity, my love of food, and years of experience in the natural products industry—blossomed into WILDFLOURS BREAD CO.: a way to share nourishing, honest food with my local community.
Sourdough is so much more than bread—it’s a celebration of tradition,
fermentation, creativity, and care. I’m inspired by the generations of bakers who came before, and by the endless opportunity each loaf presents to blend science, art, and heart. Through this little microbakery, I hope to nourish not only bodies but also connection—creating community within community, one loaf at a time.
