Hi, I’m Flour!
I’m a small, in-home micro-baker whose sourdough journey began completely by accident. Last summer, after a lot of nudging from my sister, I finally gave sourdough a try—and I instantly fell in love. What started as a simple hobby quickly became a joyful part of my everyday life. I work as a health clerk at an elementary school, and I started bringing my loaves to share with the staff. Their excitement sparked something bigger; they began asking to order bread, and soon word spread beyond the school walls. One request turned into many, and before long I found myself baking for friends, neighbors, and their friends too. Though my operation is tiny, every loaf is made to order, crafted with care, and often personalized with custom designs. Each one feels like a small piece of art—created with intention for the person it’s meant for.
