Hi! My name is Jennifer. I make bread and bread products, Gluten flour and Gluten Free both wild yeast (Sourdough) and Yeast breads. It started as a hobby and has turned into a business doing something I love and enjoy. I love good bread, made with quality ingredients. And to go with the bread, infused oils and spice mixes. My bread is fresh, handmade, homemade and good!! My flour is organic, no bromides, no shelf stabilizers, never bleached and never enriched. I don't rush and I don't sell anything I wouldn't eat or feed my family. We do not keep bread in stock. We make bread to order and give you a pick-up date and location, for Sourdough it is a three day process.
