Hi, I’m Sourdough!
I’m Jennifer, a homeschool mom and married to my husband, Gustavo, located in the Katy/ Houston, TX area. I started making sourdough in January of 2020 because I heard it was the hardest bread to make and I love a challenge! Shortly afterwards, I started selling in my neighborhood. It has been such a fun journey to make bread for my community. I do weekly sale drops through hotplate, occasional pop-ups and farmers markets and I’m excited to also offer sourdough classes. I use organic flour and freshly milled flour, baking all kinds of bread and cookies in my RM2020 oven. I love the endlessly challenging pursuit of owning a sourdough microbakery! The instagram community is such a loving and fun place to be. I’m thankful to be a part of it.
