Description
Dough Mama offers made to order sourdough breads and baked goods. All of my baked goods are naturally leavened using a mature sourdough starter, and fermented up to 24 hours. Made with love in a cottage food kitchen, my baked goods are dye, preservative, and seed oil free – and I only use quality unbleached flour. I offer a preorder and porch pick up system weekly, with my staple menu items and of course seasonal themes and flavors!
Our Story/Bio
Hi! I am Ashley, and I'm so glad you're here! ! started my sourdough journey because I wanted my family to enjoy bread free from chemicals and preservatives. I created a wild yeast culture, aka a sourdough starter in 2020. One thing led to another and Dough Mama was born. I feel strongly about knowing what goes into our food, and I'm on a mission to make bread and baked goods that are both delicious and nutritious. Not only does baking bring me great joy, but I love to experiment with different flavors and themed goods.
And, as the name suggest- l am indeed a mama to three amazing kiddos. Thanks for following along.
