Kneaded by Christina is a licensed small-batch cottage sourdough bakery in Elgin, Illinois. What began as baking for my family quickly grew into sharing fresh, naturally leavened bread with my community — and teaching others how to bake bread for their families, too.

Weekly menu drops include sourdough loaves, Moses Muffins (English muffins), Christinabons (cinnamon rolls), and seasonal sourdough bakes. Orders are available for local pickup in Elgin.

Food has always been my love language, and every loaf is baked with that in mind.
