My name is Lizeth, and I am the owner of Lizeth’s Gourmet Sourdough. I started this business to share the high-quality, wholesome goods I have developed over the past year.

Managing RA and Lupus has made me incredibly mindful of what I eat, as I’ve found that handmade, natural foods are the only items that do not cause me flare-ups. Because of this, I am extremely particular about the ingredients I use, sourcing everything from organic high-quality flour to fresh produce from local farmers markets.

I decided to start selling my creations because I want to provide you and your family with nutritious options free from the preservatives found in most store-bought foods. With my products, you will always know exactly what you are eating.
