About This Baker

Description

Our Story/Bio
Hi!! 👋🏼 My name is Brittney and I looooove to create in my kitchen! It all started when my son was diagnosed with EoE in 2017 and needed to be on a strict diet. I had to learn quickly how to bake from scratch so he could safely eat food that wasn’t going to harm his body! Because of this, I learned that I loved to bake and create and I haven’t stopped! The smell of freshly baked bread and cookies that fills my home boosts my endorphins and makes me ridiculously giddy that I do a little happy dance in my kitchen! ☺️ I recently came across the idea of Micro Bakeries! They are popping up everywhere and I knew I wanted to give it a try for myself! Baking for my family and now my little community brings me so much joy and I cannot wait to share it with you all! Thanks for being here! ❤️ -Brittney

I absolutely LOVE my weekly stop at the bakery to pick up fresh baked goods for our family. Our favorites are the cinnamon rolls, bread bowls, sandwich sourdough, churro toffee, cinnamon chip bread (which makes the BEST French toast), and the chocolate brownie granola for a quick sweet treat to name a few.

During the holidays, we ordered gingerbread houses — not only were they incredibly yummy with the softest gingerbread, but they were next level with stained-glass colored windows and a lantern inside. Every detail was stunning!

Everything Brittney does is touched with intention — from her prep work and weekly menu building to the beautiful packaging and how she genuinely asks for customer feedback. You can truly taste the love in every baked good she prepares.

Brittney is hands down our favorite neighborhood baker 🤍

Hands down the BEST baked goods in the neighborhood! Everything is fresh and is packaged so nicely and what great flavor…from the cheddar jalapeño sourdough (our favorite) to the cinnamon chip bread and the churro toffee, I could go on and on! Will definitely be coming back!!

This microbakery is truly the heartbeat of our community. Stepping into line on Saturday mornings feels less like running an errand and more like Christmas morning; the air is thick with the scent of fresh flour and sugar, and the sidewalk is always buzzing with neighbors smiling and chatting. It’s a rare, beautiful community experience that makes the inevitable wait part of the fun. Whether you’re grabbing their legendary cookies or a seasonal treat like their gourmet caramel apples, you can taste the heart and soul put into every single item.
As for the bread, it’s hands-down the best in Utah. The loaves are consistently perfect, which explains why they sell out so incredibly fast. Our absolute favorite is the Jalapeño Cheddar—the balance of sharp cheese and heat is addictive—but please, do me a favor and don’t tell anyone else about it! We’d like to keep at least one loaf for ourselves. If you want to experience the very best of our local food scene, get here early and join the crowd; you won’t regret it.
