Wise Women Sourdough

Hello, I'm Rachel, a local Oceanside mama, midwife, and healer who has baked all my life. I began working with sourdough about 15 years ago and in 2023, I opened my micro-bakery. It was important to me to use high-quality ingredients for the base of all my recipes - so everything that is made is done so with organic unbleached flour, cane sugar, eggs, dairy, and spices.

I offer sourdough breads, cookies, muffins, scones, cinnamon rolls, pancake mix, and herbal teas. I'm very familiar with allergy-friendly baking and on occasion offer vegan and gluten-free sweets.

I bake 3-4 times a month and sometimes attend local markets. You can find me every third Sat at Sea Hive Market Place from 11am - Sell Out.

Otherwise, I share my rotating menu on Hotplate - this is where you can preorder your items and do porch pick-ups from me on the day I bake - usually on Thursday or Friday.
