What started as a necessity in our home quickly became a standard: if it’s not good enough for our own table, it doesn’t leave the kitchen.
Every bagel and cookie is developed, tested, and baked with that mindset.
This isn’t “good for gluten-free.”
It’s just good — period.
Orders are released in limited weekly drops to ensure freshness, quality, and attention to detail. When the drop closes, the ovens rest until the next one opens.
